RETURN & EXCHANGE
At BARONS we have made it easy for you to return if you regret your purchase, or want to exchange your item. We offer free return shipment.
You can return new and unused products within 100 days. Yes, that's 100 days! If there are signs that the item has been in use to such an extent that wear, wash, and tear have reduced the value of the product, we reserve our right to reject the return.
Please always feel free to contact us to find a good solution to your problem.
You can download your return label through this link, and put it on the parcel. Then you will be ready to deliver your package to the nearest parcel shop - always remember to receive a receipt, when you have submitted your package.

Fill in our return form whether you want an exchange or the money back. Please include the form in your return package.

If you have spoken to our Customer Service about a product that has not lived up to your expectations or that has a defect, please print out a return label via this link: https://return.coolrunner.dk/BaronsGLSclaimNL/NL and send the item back to us.
If you have received an item as a gift, you can send it back to us free of charge via this link – note that the information must be filled in with the giver's information.
Please fill in your returnslip regarding your exchange or refund.
If it is an exchange, we ask you to enter your own delivery address, e-mail, and telephone number directly on the returnslip, so we can send the new product to you this time.
Your package must be handed in at the nearest GLS parcel shop. Always remember to get a receipt for your submission.
